When Jessica started managing projects on the contracting side of the construction industry, she was often the only woman on the team. But rather than feeling out of place, she found facilitating the collaboration required for complex projects deeply satisfying. She has used that determination and passion ever since, serving in a range of roles from cost compliance officer to owner’s representative on healthcare facilities.
Jessica has honed these skills to help program teams, from designers to contractors to shell space developers, get on the same page and achieve project success. She did just that on the new Atrium Health Birkdale Landing Medical Plaza in Huntersville, North Carolina. She’s also taking that passion for collaboration to support our global program delivery teams.
Jessica fills her downtime with photography and family, getting back to nature and the grassroots of her beloved home state of West Virginia as often as possible.
